I had a wonderful stay at Happy Healthy Pokhara Retreat. I stayed 5 days and did the detox. It was challenging to go longer periods without food and salt but totally worth it. The food was delicious and I especially enjoyed the morning meditations by the holy river. Recommend to everyone who wants to detox and reconnect with themselves and nature.
